Returns/Exchanges

Complete customer satisfaction is our goal. In the event that your unworn, unwashed, regular priced garment purchased from ipseitydesigns.com does not meet your expectations, you may return it, postmarked within 5 days of the date you receive your package for credit to your original payment method or for exchange, less any shipping charges. We will only refund the original shipping cost on your order if you received the incorrect item or the item was defective. If a wrong item shipped to you is due to a mistake on our part, your returned or exchanged item will be shipped at no cost to you via standard ground delivery.

If you are requesting an exchange for a different style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted with a return authorization. NO EXCEPTIONS. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your garment/s so we can review the return request prior to sending the item back. If you need to exchange your item for another color or size, please contact us first to make sure it's in stock, and to get it authorized.

We do not accept returns on garments that have been custom made or custom altered to fit your specific body sizing. NO EXCEPTIONS. We also do not accept returns on garments that were not purchased via this website. Ipseity reserves the right to final approval on all returns and exchanges.

We are a small company and need to adhere to these policies strictly.

Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority or Express mail anywhere in the U.S., Canada and Internationally. If you wish to have something shipped Internationally, please contact us at... keri@ipseitydesigns.com to find out more info regarding policies, insurance, etc.

In stock orders will go out within 2-4 business days. Please email us if you have questions about items that are not currently in stock or wish to be put on the wait list and notified when items are available.

NOTE: All packages sent via USPS are insured for $50 and included in the shipping cost.  If you have a large order and wish to have more Insurance coverage please email us with your request before you place your order.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can be purchased just like any other product... click here

These are beautiful "e-mail" gift certificates that can be sent direct to any specified email address.
Allow up to 3 days for gift certificates to arrive via email. If you need a gift certificate sooner, or the same day, please contact keri@ipseitydesigns.com and we will do our best to fulfill your wish.

At checkout, please be sure to include the following information in the comment box.....

~Name of person to whom gift certificate will be made.
~Email address of where gift certificate will be sent.
~Name of person who is gifting the certificate.
~Any personal message you'd like sent with the gift.
